Age Restriction

Age Restriction

If an Age Restriction is set for the session, the system will compare the age of the member to this Age Restriction.  If the member does not meet the age criteria, an error message is displayed indicating the age criteria set.  If the member does not have a birthdate on file, a separate error message is displayed.  Close the error window and click on the member name to update the birthday.  Age Restriction cannot be overridden by the back office.

      To add an account code, click on “Configuration” & select “Age Category”; then, click the “+” in the upper/right. Enter name, description (optional), and age range.   ​You cannot have overlapping age ranges.

    • Edit Age Category

      To edit an account code, click on “Configuration” & select “Age Category”; then, hover over the Action icon to the left of the age category, & select “Edit”. Make changes as needed; then, click “Save”. 

    • Inactivate/Delete Age Category

      To inactivate/delete an account code, click on “Configuration” & select “Age Category”; then, hover over the Action icon to the left of the age category, & select “Delete” or “Make Inactive.”
