Copy Session

Copy Session

      

New sessions can be created by copying an existing session.  This is accomplished by viewing the Session list for a class, hovering over the Action icon for the session you which to copy and selecting “Copy Session.”  The following fields will be completed in the new session with the same information as the session that was copied.  (Some fields apply only to the Child Care module.) 
  • Show in public site          

  • Allow registration in public site   

  • Is it a preschool session  

  • Session notes      

  • Back office notes             

  • Session recurrence set up days    

  • Max Seats           

  • Apply same max seat count for each day               

  • Max. seats for each days (M,T,W,Th,F)     

  • Min Seats            

  • Waitlist permitted for this session checkbox         

  • Waitlist count     

  • Allow user schedule selection      

  • Allow late joining             

  • Other fees           

  • Preschool AM or PM discount      

  • Account code     

  • Allow pay later in back office       

  • Allow pay later in public site        

  • Minimum payment amount         

  • Allow request cancellation in public site
