Enable/Disable Custom Fillable Form

      

Digital Signup provides a feature which allows an organization to attach an editable PDF form to a class.  Once added, the form becomes required for the participant to complete.  In order to utilize this feature, click on “Configuration” & select “Settings.” Toggle the status button to enable/disable.  Fillable Forms can be added at the Program or Class level.  See Catalog Management-Add/Edit Program/Class (*link to that articles). 

      

The editable PDF must be created by the organization.
