Holiday Override

When a holiday is added under Configurations, & new sessions are created under the modules/programs the holiday is applicable to, the date will be grayed out or removed from the session schedule by default.  An admin user can override a holiday for a particular session in order to add/make the date available in the session’s schedule, as well as optionally apply a charge to the registered participants resulting from the overridden date.  Furthermore, when overriding a holiday for a care or preschool session, an additional option is available to create an event & apply a charge to the registered participants.  The event (special activity) will be tied to the primary care/preschool session selected, & allows the user to register for that event when specific day is overridden. Event will be created for the day selected. Here the timings, fees and the activities for that overridden day will be different than the regular care with am/pm. If event is created for the overridden day, then the special event rate only will be charged during scheduling.
