Inactivate/Delete Account Code
To inactivate/delete an account code, click on “Configuration” & select “Account Code”; then, hover over the Action icon to the left of the account code, & select “Delete” or “Make Inactive.”
An account code cannot be deleted if it is associated with a Class or a Session.

Add Account Codes
To add an account code, click on “Configuration” & select “Account Code”; then, click the “+” in the upper/right. Enter the code and description for the account code. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

To inactivate/delete a holiday, click on “Configuration” & select “Holiday”; then, hover over the Action icon to the left of the holiday, & select “Delete” or “Make Inactive.”
