View Gift Card Balance/History

To view gift card activity and balances, click on “User Management” & search for the user’s account.  Next, hover over the Action icon to the left of the user, & select “View User Options”; then, click “View Gift Card”.  On the View Gift Card page, there are two sections: “Gift Card Summary” which shows all cards available for use with their available balance; and “Gift Card Activity” which shows a history of gift card purchases and use.

    • Editing a Gift Card

      To edit a gift card, click on "Configuration" & select "Gift Card"; then, hover over the Action icon to the left of the gift card, & select "Edit".  Make changes as needed; then, click "Save".
