Activate/Inactivate User Account

To make an account active/inactive, click on “User Management” & search for the user’s account.  Next, hover over the Action icon to the left of the user, & select “Make Active” or “Make Inactive”.

Based on the status of the account, only one of the options will display. For example, if the account is active, only “Make Inactive” will display.
