Audit Log

The Audit Log provides a history of user signon activity.  Hover over “Utilities” on the left side menu and click on “Audit Log.”  Search for the user by name or by email address.  The results can be filtered by selecting the “Login Event” (Success or Failure) and “User Type” (Backoffice, Shopper).  Set the Date Range for the search and click the “Search” button.  The results will show the login activity by date in descending order.  Any Failure “Reason” will also be displayed. 

​To utilize this feature, go to Configuration-Settings and set the “Insert Activity Log” to On.  Login information is only tracked after this feature is enabled.
