Class Images

      

Class images provide for a more visually appealing public user experience.  These images are required when adding a new or editing an existing class.  An organization can use their own images* or one from our image library. 

      

To add or edit class image, select the appropriate module (Class Registration or Child Care). Hover over Catalog Management, & select “Class”. A list of existing classes is displayed. Then, hover over the action icon to the left of the class name, & select “View/Edit.” Click the edit (pencil) icon for the “Class Information” section.   

• Drop Image: drag & drop an image or click to open the file manager and select an image.  

• Image Library: click on the “Select Image” icon (at least 1 relevant Tag is required) to retrieve the image library.  Scroll through the list available images and click "Select” on the image to use. 
  

 

      

Click on the diskette icon to save the changes. 

 

      

​Images uploaded from an organization’s repository must be sized at 440x275 pixels.
