Adding a Class (Care)

      

To add a Child Care class, first select the Child Care module.  Hover over Catalog Management, & select “Class”.  A list of existing classes is displayed.  Click the “+” in the upper/right to add a new class. You will then proceed through the class setup steps: 
  1. 1. Information 

  • -Program: Select from the dropdown of existing programs. 

  • -Category(s): optional 

  • -Name: Enter the name of the class. 

  • -Description: Enter details of the class.  These will appear on the Public Site. 

  • -Allow class search in Public Site: toggle Y/N 

  • -Show in Public Site: toggle Y/N 

  • -Tag: Enter key words and select from the tag list displayed.  This will assist the user in searching for class in the public site as well as drive the images you can select from. 

  • -Class Image:   

  • -Drop Image: Select a file from the Admin user’s computer. 

  • -Select Image: Select an image from the software’s database of images. 

  • -Eligibility Requirement: Entering text here will display during registration and user will have to check to confirm they meet the requirements.

  • -Other Fees 

  • -Payment Info 

  • -Fillable Forms
