Inactivate/Delete Custom Form

To inactivate/delete a custom form, click on “Configuration” & select “Custom Form”; then, hover over the Action icon to the left of the custom form, & select “Delete” or “Make Inactive.” 

​A Custom Form cannot be deleted if it is associated with a Class or a Session.
