Inactivate/Delete Fillable Form

To inactivate/delete a fillable form, click on “Configuration” & select “Fillable Form”; then, hover over the Action icon to the left of the fillable form, & select “Make Inactive” or “Delete.”  

A Fillable Form cannot be deleted if it is associated with a Class.  It must be inactivated if it is no longer applicable.
