Login Help Text

To assist shoppers with the login/signup process, help text can be configured.  To add or edit the help text, click on “Configuration” & select “Login Help Text”.  Add or update the Description field and click “Save.”

    • Audit Log

             To satisfy HIPAA Security Rule: 164.312(b), an Audit Log is available to review login events including the following information:  UserID  Date and Time of the login event  Source of the activity (e.g. IP Address)

    • Enable/Disable Activity Log

      Digital Signup provides an option to capture user login attempts.  This is found under Utilities-View Audit Log.  In order to utilize this feature, click on “Configuration” & select “Settings.” Toggle the status button to enable/disable.
