Roles define access & permissions to various functionality for back office users. The software is preconfigured with four roles: Super Admin, Care Admin, ClassReg Admin, & Instructor, of which can be modified as needed. In addition to the preconfigured roles, an admin user has the ability to create custom roles, & configure the site access accordingly. Roles can then be assigned to back office users via User Management, if the profile is enabled to have back office access.

A role can be associated with one or more back office users.
