To view a shopper’s calendar, click on “User Management” & search for the user account. Next, hover over the Action icon to the left of the user, & select “View User Options”. On the View User Options page, click “View My Calendar.” Each member’s schedule is displayed in a different color.
Members can selected/deselected for viewing by clicking the checkbox to the left of the member’s name. Modules can also be selected/deselected by clicking the checkbox to the left of the module’s name. Day, Week and Month views are also available in the upper right corner. Hovering over the schedule item will display the details for the particular session.
