View/Modify Schedule

To view/modify a schedule, click on “User Management” & search for the user’s account. Next, hover over the Action icon to the left of the user, & select “View User Option”; then, click “View My Schedules”. All orders for the user are sorted by “Class Registration”, “Preschool” and “Care”.

  1. Class Registration: All Orders are displayed with options to Drop and/or Refund the shopper. Schedules cannot be modified for Class Registration sessions.
  2. Child Care: Click the “Care” tab to view members/sessions. Click the “Select” button to the left of the member/session to view the calendar & days scheduled. To modify the schedule, click on the dates; or, click on “Recurrence” to select a recurring schedule for a specified date range. Then, click “Save Schedule”. If the session is configured to require payment at the time of registration/scheduling, you will proceed to the “Cart” in order to proceed with the payment process, or as “Pay Later”. 

Preschool:

  1. Schedules: Hover over the action icon and select:
  2. View Schedule: displays the current calendar.
  3. Drop Schedule: Enter the effective date, the reason and select if the Enrollment Fee should be refunded. use the check box(es) to select which paid invoice(s) should be refunded and enter the amount(s) to refund. Click “Continue Refund” to complete the refund process. 
  4. Installments: Hover over the action icon and select: 
  5. Change Installment: only available if billing for the session has not begun. Select the new installment and click “Apply.”
  6. Pay/Edit Installment: 
  7. Use the check box(es) and amount field(s) to enter the payment amount(s) for each invoice/installment. Amounts cannot be more than the amount due for the installment/invoices. Unpaid Enrolment Fees will not be reflected in the Amount Payable even if the Invoice is reflected with outstanding Installment amounts. Enrollment Fees must be paid through View Orders.
  8. Once invoiced installments are paid, the system will provide an option to modify the remaining amounts due with a new installment plan.
  9. View Installment: displays the installment plan selected for the enrolment.
