Add/Edit Due Days to Lock Shopper Accounts
If desired, an organization may choose to stop users with outstanding balances from registering for new sessions or updating a Child Care/Preschool schedule. In order to utilize this feature, click on “Configuration” & select “Settings.” Enter the number of days past the due date the account should lock and click “Save.” Clicking “Reset” will set the number to the default of 2; “Save” must still be clicked.
Once locked, the only option the Shopper will have is to make payment. The Back Office can still register a shopper or change a schedule but a warning will be displayed during the process.
