Amount Due Report
Purpose: Identify accounts with an outstanding balance. |
Modules: Class Registration, Child Care |
The required criteria for this report are Program and at least 3 Columns. The report sort is by Program, then Class, then Session and finally by Name.
Ageing Criteria: Although not required, when completed, three ageing columns will be added to the report. Users may define ageing based on their organization’s requirements. If one column is completed, all three are required.
Totals are displayed in each report section for the Invoice Amount, Amount Paid, Credit Availed and Total Due columns.
If dates are entered, the report results will only be for Sessions that start between the dates entered. Related Articles
