Email Template


System-generated emails are triggered by actions initiated/completed in the back office &/or public site.  The email templates include placeholders enclosed by “#”/hashtags (ex.: #ShopperName#, #ClassInfo#, etc.) that will display system-generated content specific to the intended recipient. In addition to the placeholders, each template is customizable in order to include organization-specific information in the Subject (text only) & Body (text, hyperlinks & images) fields. 


System-generated email templates are universal for all modules, with the exception of the following which apply only to the Care Module: 

  1. Due Payment Confirmation 
  2. Event Start Notification 
  3. Recurring Payment Confirmation Email 
  4. Recurring Payment Failure Notification 
  5. Recurring Payment Setup Configured Confirmation Email 
  6. Schedule Changes Confirmation Email 

Please be advised that If the order of placeholders is rearranged within a template, or placeholders are removed from a template, the system-generated content will no longer display in the intended recipients’ email.
