Transfer Member/Session

To transfer a registered member/session, first go to User Management & search for the user’s account.  Hover over the action icon to the left of the user’s name, & click “Transfer Session”.  In the Drop Session section on the Transfer Session page, search for the order &/or click the action “⏵” to expand & display registered sessions.  Click to select the member/session you wish to transfer from.  Next, in the New Session section search & select the class session to transfer into.  Then, scroll to the bottom of the page, enter a reason for transfer, & click “Continue Registration”.  On the Session Registration page, override the session fee (if applicable; overriding the session fee will adjust the total amount to be charged – check the Override Session Fee box, enter amount, & select a reason from the dropdown), select the member(s) to register, & enter any necessary notes/comments (optional); then, click “Continue Registration” to proceed through the registration process.



Depending on configurations, the back office registration process may include a member custom member form &/or class custom form.
