In the Back Office, the session fee can be overridden when registering a user for a class. On the Session Registration page, check the “Override Session Fee” box, enter the amount to be charged for the class in the “Override Fee” field, & select a reason from the drop-down (if “Other” is selected, enter in “Other Reason”); then, select member & proceed through the registration process.

Any fees that are set as “Optional” for the session will be displayed during the registration as a pop-up. If they apply, check the box and the amount of the fee will be added to the total registration at the Cart.
