Refund Report

  • Summary View 

Purpose: Provide a list of Users who received refunds according to specified criteria.   

Modules: Class Registration, Child Care 

The report displays a list of refund totals including refund date, amount and type of refund by User name.  All users matching the report criteria can be listed or only one specific user can be identified.   


The report defaults to All Names, a Date Range of Last 7 Days and Refund Type of All.  If the Custom Date Range is used, only the beginning date is required.

                    Detail View 

Purpose: List of Users (with invoice details) who received refunds according to specified criteria. 

Modules: Class Registration, Child Care 

This report displays a list of refund totals (including invoice details) by Session and participant.  The results can be filtered by Program, Class and Session as well as Date Range, Registration Status, and Name.  


The report defaults to All Modules, a Date Range of Last 7 Days, Registration Type of All and All Names.  If the Custom Date Range is used, only the beginning date is required. 


When using the “Last” 7 or 30 days, the current day is included and then the previous 6/29 days.
