Instructor Report

Instructor Report

Purpose:  Provides a list of session & details for each Instructor. 

Modules: Class Registration, Child Care 


This report requires at least one criteria field be selected.  The report is sorted alphabetically by Instructor name and displays the following information: 

  • Session Name 

  • Class Name 

  • Date & Time of Session 

  • Days (number of days session meets) 

  • Fees (Session Fee) 

  • Max (Maximum number of students that can enroll) 

  • Enrolled  

  • Location & Room 

  • Payment Method Rate (if configured in the Session) 


This report is helpful in identifying sessions assigned to an instructor, enrollment numbers per instructor, and/or calculating payments due to an instructor.  To obtain a printable copy of the Instructor Contractor Agreement, click the link “Click here to view the Contractor Agreement.”
