Convenience Fee Report

Convenience Fee Report

Purpose:  Financial report of convenience fees charged & collected. 

Modules: Class Registration, Child Care 

The required criteria for this report are Date Range (beginning and ending dates are required), Tender Type (at least one is required) and Column (at least 3 are required).  The remaining options default as follows:  

  • -All Transactions 

  • -Group By: Payment Date 

  • -Sort Order #1: Participant, Ascending 


The report will reflect a list of participants with the type and amount paid as well as the amount charged as a convenience fee.  A Payment Total is then reflected along with the source of the payment (Back Office User Name or Online).  Grand totals are listed at the end of the report.
