The minimum required criteria for running this report are dependent on the module selected:
All: Date Criteria is required.
Class Registration or Child Care: select at least one Program. Date Criteria not required but encouraged.
AND/OR: This applies only to the Program and Category selections. AND indicates both Program and Category must match the potential transaction. OR indicates that either selection can match the potential transactions.
Date Criteria:
Sessions Starting between: When selected, the report results will only reflect the revenue for sessions that started in the given date range. If transactions occurred during the given date range for sessions that started outside of that range, they will not be reflected.
Example: A report is run on 2/1/19 for a session that started on 1/2/19 ended on 1/30/19. The date criteria selected is Sessions Starting between 1/15/19 and 2/1/19. The revenue for that session is not reflected as the start date occurred before 1/15/19.
Transaction Date: When selected, the report results will reflect the revenue collected in the given date range regardless of when the Session occurred.
Dates:
Last 7 Days: Includes current day and six previous days.
Last 30 Days: Includes current day and 29 previous days.
Custom Date Range: Enter beginning and ending dates.
Ageing Criteria: Although not required, when completed, three ageing columns will be added to the report. Users may define ageing based on their organization’s requirements. If one column is completed, all three are required.
​Group By: Click on the radio button to select if the revenue detail should be grouped by Account Code or Program.
