State Aid Designation (Care)

To designate a user as aided by the state, click on “User Management” and search for the user account; hover over the Action icon to the left of the user, & select “Edit”.  Toggle the “Is user aided by state” to “Yes” and click “Save” or “Next.”  When a user is designated for state aid, Late Fees will not be assessed on their Child Care balances, & when applying a credit to their account the “State AID” credit type will be available for use.
